We fished a fund raiser for Cystic Fibrosis with 2 guys from the Houston area. Folks this is a great bunch of people trying to help others, please check them out www.cff.org . The fishing was tough but we managed a few trout the first day and trout and a red the second day. The guys were great and a lot of fun to fish and spend time with. We found the trout over deep shell both days and the reds were in 2-3' of water in sand pockets in the flats.
All fish were caught on live bait, even though I offered them some artificials. Thanks guys and hope you have a save trip back to Houston and look forward to having you next year.
