I had the great pleasure of spending the day with 2 dads and teen age sons from Tom Ball area today and I had a blast. The wind was down and we headed to some deep water reefs for trout. The first stop was good to us for a while and the bite slowed down and we moved on, we good one but nothing else, so we kept moving looking for the bite. We ended up back where we started and got a bite going again. They caught lot of undersized trout, and a boat load of gafftops up to 8 # to keep them busy and some nice sand trout too.
